PROCESSING

We typically take 1-2 business days to process your order. However, during busy periods, new launches or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Once orders are processed, shipping times vary depending on selected rate.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• Delivery within 1–3 business days

US SHIPPING

• Express Delivery (Fedex Priority) 3-4 business days

• Standard Delivery (Fedex) 4-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Express Delivery (Fedex Priority) 3-7 business days

Please note: all delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Amara Grace is not responsible for delays caused by customs or disruptions in transit.

DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or country you are shipping to. Customers are solely responsible and liable for these costs that are specific to their country. 

Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Amara Grace if you choose to return your order for any reason. 

FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS 

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Amara Grace cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or incorrect address, any re-shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
