U.S delivery typically takes 3-4 business days with our express option, and standard shipping is 5-7 business days with FedEx Priority Shipping

International delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 5–8 business days once dispatched for standard delivery.

We ship from Dubai, where all of our pieces are thoughtfully manufactured by hand.

If an order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or incorrect address, any re-shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, you can update your shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Once processed and dispatched, changes may not be possible.

For international orders Amara Grace is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and any additional local charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

AMARA GRACE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We offer a 14 day return policy. Please email support@amara-grace.com with subject line Return and your order number to initiate your return.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to get back to you with next steps.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all labels intact. Free from any signs of wear—including fragrance, makeup, or markings and returned in original or protective packaging to ensure safe transit.

In line with our returns policy, items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final and not eligible for return.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, in which case the return will be free of charge.

To make the process simple and easy, we handle the return on your behalf — all you need to do is print the shipment label and drop the parcel at the designated location or we can arrange a collection, depending on the service available in your country.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

AMARA GRACE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

We ensure to check all items before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email support@amara-grace.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
