At Amara Grace, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

DAMAGED GOODS
Each item is carefully inspected before being packaged and dispatched. However, should your order arrive damaged, kindly contact us at support@amara-grace.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs and your order number. Damaged items will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging intact.

1.2 Items marked on sale or discounted with a code are not eligible for return. 

1.3 Purchases made on our website cannot be exchanged, only refunded once returned.

2. Initiation of the Return

2.1 To initiate a return, kindly email support@amara-grace.com within 48 hours after receiving your item(s). Please include "Return Request" along with your order number in the subject line.

2.2 Clearly specify the item(s) you wish to return along with the reason for the return. All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

2.3 Allow up to 72 business hours for a response with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping


3.1. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Kindly note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable should you choose to return your order.

3.2. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns sent beyond this period will not be accepted and will be declined.

3.3 Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Amara Grace is not responsible for returns that are lost or undelivered.

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1. Upon receiving your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Amara Grace reserves the right to decline returns for items that do not meet our return policy requirements.

4.2. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return request. If your request is approved, you will be provided with the necessary details to proceed with the return. Further instructions will be shared via email on how to then return the item(s).

4.3. Please note that upon approval, a handling fee of 20 AED will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective in which case the return will be free of charge.

 
Amara Grace reserves the right to refuse a return on any item received back in unsatisfactory condition.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
