Shipping & Delivery
Yes we offer:
- Free shipping on all UAE orders
- Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $350
Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+4).
International delivery typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on destination and selected shipping method.
We ship from Dubai, where all of our pieces are thoughtfully manufactured by hand.
We offer worldwide shipping; however, if your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@amara-grace.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Orders & Stock
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications to be alerted as soon as it becomes available or email us at support@amara-grace.com.
Yes, you can update your shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Once processed and dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Customs & Taxes
Amara Grace is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, custom fee or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

To request a return, please email support@amara-grace.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to get back to you with next steps.
In line with our returns policy, items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final and not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, in which case the return will be free of charge.
To make the process simple and easy, we handle the return on your behalf — all you need to do is drop the parcel at the designated location or we will arrange a collection, depending on the service available in your country.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and Items must be returned in their original condition with the tags on. Amara Grace reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Order Issues
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
We ensure to check all items before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email support@amara-grace.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
